We guarantee the safe arrival of your goods, and will replace them as soon as possible if they do not arrive, or are damaged. We operate a no quibble returns policy, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 30 days, unopened and unused and we will replace it or refund you. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods. We will refund your postage in full if the goods are faulty. However please note, we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as once the goods leave us they are in the hands of the postal service. Every item is now sent by First Class Post.
