Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, click on the order heart by any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, except for personalised china and placemats, when payment will be taken in advance. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Your postage & packing will be calculated as you go, please contact us if you require detailed pricing. Orders over £250 are sent free of charge.
Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in two working days if the items are in the stock. Hand painted china and placemats can take up to seven working days. All items are sent first class inland or airmail overseas. We guarantee items will arrive safely, if they do not we will replace them as soon as possible. If there is a delay for whatever reason you will be informed immediately by email or phone and will be given the opportunity to change your order if necessary. Remember we are a small family run business and will do whatever we can to ensure your complete satisfation with your purchase.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We guarantee the safe arrival of your goods, and will replace them as soon as possible if they do not arrive, or are damaged. We operate a no quibble returns policy, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase , please return it within 30 days, unopened and unused and we will replace it or refund you. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods. We will refund your postage in full if the goods are faulty. However please note, we cannot be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as once the goods leave us they are in the hands of the postal service. Every item is now sent by First Class Post. If you require a next day guaranteed service please contact us and we can arrange this for an extra charge of £4.99.
