We will try our hardest to send your order out on the same day we receive it. We aim to send all orders within 2 working days. If you have ordered tie-dye or block colour clothing we may have to dye this to order and so this may take longer. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of when we expect to get it in. If you require delivery by a certain date please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to arrange delivery in time. Please remember that once the parcel leaves us it is in the hands of the Royal Mail and we aren't able to track it or confirm when you will receive it. If it is essential that you receive your goods by a certain date then please call us and we can send your order by Special Delivery. This will cost an extra £4.99 and we can take payment for this over the phone.

The cost of postage & packing to anywhere in the UK is charged at a flat rate of £4 until you reach £30 or more whereupon delivery to anywhere in the UK will be free and will be sent First Class. If you have a look at your Shopping Basket you will see a gauge that will let you know how close you are to free shipping!

All parcels to Europe will be charged a flat rate of £8 regardless of the size of the order. Postage for parcels to be sent elsewhere in the world will cost a flat rate of £12. All orders outside of the UK will be sent by Airmail. If they weigh more than 2kg the order may be sent in more than one parcel. We reserve the right not to accept an order if it is excessively heavy. In this situation we will contact you and refund you in full.
