Customer Orders
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance.
Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and we may invite you to pay by another method.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse through our website and click the "Add to basket" button for anything you wish to buy. You can check and amend the contents of your shopping basket at any time. After you have finished your selection, click "checkout now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payments are taken securely by Sagepay. For more details please look at our "security" page.
We accept most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Switch but not American Express. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Full payment will be taken online at the time of ordering, but if you prefer, you can give your credit card details over the phone to us on 01273 773310. Just fill your basket with the goods that you require, add your delivery and billing details but don't enter your card information; you can then just give us a call and we can complete the order over the phone.
Order Processing
Your order is sent directly to our secure till in our shop for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. For more details on this, see the delivery information page.
Order Tracking
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on this website.
Delivery Schedule
We will try our hardest to send your order out on the same day we receive it. We aim to send all orders within 2 working days. If you have ordered tie-dye or block colour clothing we may have to dye this to order and so this may take longer. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of when we expect to get it in. If you require delivery by a certain date please let us know at the time of ordering and we will do our best to arrange delivery in time.
Please remember that once the parcel leaves us, it is in the hands of the Royal Mail and we aren't able to track it or confirm when you will receive it. If it is essential that you receive your goods by a certain date then please call us on 01273 773310 and we can send your order by Special Delivery. This will cost an extra £4.99 and we can take payment for this over the phone.
The cost of postage & packing to anywhere in the UK is charged at a flat rate of £4 until you reach £30 or more whereupon delivery to anywhere in the UK will be free and will be sent First Class. All parcels to Europe will be charged a flat rate of £8 regardless of the size of the order. Postage for parcels to be sent elsewhere in the world will cost a flat rate of £12. All orders outside of the UK will be sent by Airmail.
We guarantee items will arrive safely, if they do not we will replace them as soon as possible. If there is a delay in sending your order, you will be informed and will be given the opportunity to change your order if necessary.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Refunds
If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will arrange a refund directly back to your original card.
Returns Policy
We guarantee the safe arrival of your goods, and will replace them as soon as possible if they have not arrived 15 days after sending or if they are damaged or faulty. We operate a no quibble returns policy, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 30 days, unopened and unused, and we will replace it or refund you. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, it is the customer's responsibility to return the goods. We suggest for your own protection that you use 1st class registered post or that you get proof of posting as we can't be responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, however this is at your discretion. Any refunds or exchanges will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent, not the delivery charge if applicable.
We will refund your postage in full if the goods are faulty. Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights, however please note, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery if the delivery address is incorrect, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as, once the goods leave us, they are in the hands of the postal service.
Prices
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honor any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our stores are under no obligation to honor any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in-store.
Although we try to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
Tax Charges
For orders delivered to the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included, except on VAT exempt items. All other orders delivered outside of this area are VAT free.
